Our 6-step process
Here is how a job usually goes.
Assessment and fish relocation
We inspect your pond's condition, test the water, and carefully move your fish into an aerated holding tank with their own pond water.
Drain and debris removal
We pump the pond down and remove the leaves, sludge, and organic matter that have built up on the bottom.
Power wash rocks and gravel
Every rock and gravel bed is washed to lift built-up algae, biofilm, and sediment while protecting the beneficial bacteria your pond needs.
Equipment inspection and cleaning
Pumps, skimmers, filters, and plumbing are cleaned, inspected, and tested. We flag worn parts before they fail on you.
Liner inspection
With the pond empty, we check the liner for punctures, seam separation, and settling so small issues do not become leaks.
Refill, treat, and reintroduce fish
We refill with fresh water, add dechlorinator and beneficial bacteria, acclimate your fish to the temperature, and return them to a clean, healthy home.
What it will cost
Every pond is different, so we do not quote it blind. We come take a look at yours, then put a price in writing. A lot of folks keep theirs on a care plan so the water stays clear without them thinking about it.
